We are actively looking for a consumer debt collection specialist for medical, auto, credit, bank accounts and some mortgage units. This is a very diversified portfolio and we are looking for someone with a minimum two years experience in collections. The successful candidate will make outbound calls on 1st party delinquent accounts from 90 days - 2 years outstanding. You will work with the customers in gettting their accounts current with payment plan options while working towards individual and team goals. � Great day time shift and only requires one Saturday a month.

Requirements:

* Must have a minimum of two years of 1st or 3rd party collections experience preferably in a legal or financial services environment� * Ability to type 30 words per minute * Positive attitude * Customer service oriented * Desire to grow and advance career with one company * Comfortable spending seven hours a day on the phone making up to 200 phone calls per day
