The successful candidate will provide optimal customer service by effectively resolving customer issues in a timely manner with &#8220;First Call Resolution&#8221; by utilizing multiple support resources and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and conduct. You will work as a consultative partner to both your team and your customers to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree in related discipline preferred
- At least 2+ years previous experience in high volume call center as a team lead
- Experience with an environment that includes interaction with customers over the phone

- Ability to type 30 wpm
- Basic knowledge of computer and email applications
- Ability to multi-task by listening, typing, speaking and navigating multiple interfaces simultaneously
- Clear speaking voice and excellent enunciation
- Ability to work flexible shifts

<p>Qualifications: <br />
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent <br />
- At least 1+ years previous experience in high volume call center <br />
- Understanding of medical or health insurance a plus <br />
- Experience with an environment that includes interaction with customers in a call center environment <br />
- Ability to type 30 wpm <br />
- Basic knowledge of computer and email applications <br />
- Ability to multi-task by listening, typing, speaking and navigating multiple interfaces simultaneously <br />
- Clear speaking voice and excellent enunciation <br />
- Ability to work flexible shifts</p>

<p>Minimum Job Requirements: <br />
. Associates or Bachelors degree <br />
. Minimum 3-5 years comparable experience <br />
. Good leadership traits; previous leadership experience is required <br />
. Exceptional Customer Service, Training and Organizational skills <br />
. Experience as a coach and trainer in a call center setting required <br />
. Ability to research vendor options when needed and prepare cost anaylsis <br />
. Company minded with the ability to follow as well as administrate in areas <br />
of policy and procedure. Keep trainer apprised of new functions and/or duties <br />
. Familiar and able to facilitate seasonal staff fluctuations. <br />
. Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Word, Advance Excel and E-Mail <br />
. Must have experience with seasonal staffing build-up.</p>

<p>Basic Job Responsibilities: <br />
. Manage all supervisors and employees within the Call Center <br />
. Be aware and in control of work activities and problem areas within the <br />
Department; manage call queue &amp; all call response times &amp; customer satisfaction <br />
. Track all employee and outsource vendor call responses; analyze effectiveness <br />
. Facilitate assisting other departments as needed <br />
. Meet regularly with Supervisors for training and oversight <br />
. Monitor and coach staff on exceptional customer service skills <br />
. Create staffing schedules; Monitor records of absences, tardiness, vacations and other scheduled or unscheduled time off <br />
. Prepare Employee Performance Reviews and/or review those by supervisors <br />
. Have the ability to calm unhappy customers and subordinates in a professional manner in all circumstances <br />
. Be accountable for actions and performances of those under your supervision <br />
. Maintain Security for building as needed when department is staffed after regular office hours. <br />
. Above all else, be a professional leader and representative of the company</p>
