. Be accountable for actions and performances of those under your supervision <br />
. Maintain Security for building as needed when department is staffed after regular office hours. <br />

The position is for a healthcare company that provides promotional materials, samples and products to dental offices. The person in this position will be responsible for taking inbound calls, order management, billing questions, and first call resolution of all customer orders and concerns in a call center environment. The pay is $11.50/hour and the work hours will be 8 am &#8211; 4 pm M-F.</p>

<p>Minimum Skills:<br />
1-2 years experience in an inbound call center or customer care environment <br />
Customer service experience, particularly in the medical/dental field<br />
Medical/Dental industry experience<br />
Experience controlling  a support conversation<br />
Up sell/cross sell experience preferred</p>
