Allied Global Services is actively seeking a bi-lingual QA representative for a client in the Overland Park, KS area. The position is for a financial services company that provides loans to consumers. The person in this position will be responsible for taking inbound calls, coaching and counseling, and call resolution of all customer concerns in a call center environment. The pay is $13.00/hour and the work hours will be 4, 10 hour days M-F. Team Lead – Call Center

This position will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and timely manner while utilizing proper grammer and verbal skills, and providing support to all team members. . Associates or Bachelors degree
