Allied Global Services is actively seeking a bi-lingual QA representative for a client in the Overland Park, KS area. The position is for a financial services company that provides loans to consumers. The person in this position will be responsible for taking inbound calls, coaching and counseling, and call resolution of all customer concerns in a call center environment.
