Team Lead – Call Center
We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Team Lead in a high volume call center. This position will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and timely manner while utilizing proper grammer and verbal skills, and providing support to all team members. The successful candidate will provide optimal customer service by effectively resolving customer issues in a timely manner with “First Call Resolution” by utilizing multiple support resources and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and conduct. You will work as a consultative partner to both your team and your customers to ensure excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree in related discipline preferred
- At least 2+ years previous experience in high volume call center as a team lead
- Understanding of medical or health insurance a plus
- Experience with an environment that includes interaction with customers in a call center environment
- Ability to type 30 wpm
- Basic knowledge of computer and email applications
- Ability to multi-task by listening, typing, speaking and navigating multiple interfaces simultaneously
- Clear speaking voice and excellent enunciation
- Ability to work flexible shifts
