Hiring Agent – Call Center
We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Hiring Agent. This position will be responsible for filling a human resource role in our company and will directly hire for high volume projects. The successful candidate must have experience in an office setting, preferably a high volume call center, interviewing and hiring multiple candidates for differing roles.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree in human resource discipline preferred
- At least 1-2 years previous experience in a human resource setting
- Understanding of medical or health insurance a plus
- Experience with an environment that includes interaction with customers in a call center environment
- Clear speaking voice and excellent enunciation
- Ability to work flexible shifts
