Call Center Manager
We are currently hiring for the position of Call Center Manager in a high volume call center.
Minimum Job Requirements:
. Associates or Bachelors degree
. Minimum 3-5 years comparable experience
. Good leadership traits; previous leadership experience is required
. Exceptional Customer Service, Training and Organizational skills
. Experience as a coach and trainer in a call center setting required
. Ability to research vendor options when needed and prepare cost anaylsis
. Company minded with the ability to follow as well as administrate in areas
of policy and procedure. Keep trainer apprised of new functions and/or duties
. Familiar and able to facilitate seasonal staff fluctuations.
. Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Word, Advance Excel and E-Mail
. Must have experience with seasonal staffing build-up.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
. Manage all supervisors and employees within the Call Center
. Be aware and in control of work activities and problem areas within the
Department; manage call queue & all call response times & customer satisfaction
. Track all employee and outsource vendor call responses; analyze effectiveness
. Facilitate assisting other departments as needed
. Meet regularly with Supervisors for training and oversight
. Monitor and coach staff on exceptional customer service skills
. Create staffing schedules; Monitor records of absences, tardiness, vacations and other scheduled or unscheduled time off
. Prepare Employee Performance Reviews and/or review those by supervisors
. Have the ability to calm unhappy customers and subordinates in a professional manner in all circumstances
. Be accountable for actions and performances of those under your supervision
. Maintain Security for building as needed when department is staffed after regular office hours.
. Above all else, be a professional leader and representative of the company
