Contact Center Manager
The Financial industry might be on the down turn, but not with our company! In fact, we are looking to expand and needing to find fresh talent to lead groups of customer service professionals towards success.
As the Contact Center Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-15 contact center agents who are working one-on-one with our customers, helping them find financial solutions. This is a fast paced environment that requires a lot of people interaction. We have found what usually works best for this field of work, and are ideally looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experiences:
- Contact Center Management experience
- Ability to take direction
- Customer Service oriented
- Flexible
