MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
- Use experience in technology and REVIT applications to improve the quality, practice, and delivery of engineering designs to our clients.
- Manage relationship with external CADD/BIM system consultants
- Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use and training
- Provide support for REVIT questions with a process for disseminating that learned information to other staff
- Monitor conformance to standards and processes for REVIT.
- Ability to find creative solutions to users problems through research and development.
- Work with Autodesk to resolve major technical issues.
Requirements
- Prior experience with an MEP engineering firm is highly desired.
- Multi-disciplinary thinking and familiarity with the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades.
- Must be a Revit Expert, preferably the MEP portion.
- Must have above average troubleshooting skills, strong analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical questions.
- Any IT related or helpdesk support knowledge is a plus
- Experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or fire protection Designer\Drafter
