If you want to take your career in a new direction, our client, ranked in the top 30 mechanical construction firms, is engaged in commercial, federal, industrial and institutional projects. The right candidate will act as an integral part of the work procurement group. Responsibilities also include managing project designs and budgets, marketing, from inception through the preconstruction phase, for designated regional divisions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years experience in design of HVAC and plumbing systems and/or preconstruction services.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (typically needed for competent performance)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing engineering
- Engineering design expertise.
- Ability to manage on a budget, which requires basic financial acumen.
- Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships in order to gain credibility.
- P.E. (Professional Engineer) registration preferred.
