Coordinate activities regarding scheduling and problem solving. Troubleshoot between production, maintenance, corporate engineering and outside vendors. Troubleshoot equipments before problems occur. Develope and oversee a process improvement plan for line speeds and product quality. Give oversight to new product start-ups.
Required Skills
- BS in Manufacturing or related degree
- Minimum 5 years hands on
- Experience in Plastics Process Engineering
- Plastics industry knowledge including HDPE and PET product requirements
- Knowledge and experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatically operated systems
- Strong leadership skills
