Production Resources Supervisor

Opportunity with a large Metals Manufacturer to works in a “hands on” position with a wide-open opportunity to move up in the company.  If you are motivated and pro active here’s your chance to work your way up to management.

• Inspect and sort scrap material into categories
• Once sorted and graded track all activity and results on a spreadsheet
• Investigate defective products and processes
• Interface with scrap companies
• Candidate is free to design job function
• Conduct plant audits
• Health and Safety oversight
• Conduct employee training
• Some travel for training purposes

 Required Skills

• AA degree with a minimum of two years experience OR several years of metals experience
• Skill and proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel
• Must be motivated and pro-active
• Background in metals preferred
• Plant Audits
• Understand Cost and Production
• Materials Inspection
