Customer Service Representative

Do you want to work for a respected financial services company in the Johnson County area? We are needing motivated customer service representatives to work in a contact center environment. The CSR will be responsible for the following:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide quick and efficient customer inquiry resolution.
- Meet and surpass company standards by making at least 250 calls each day.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
- At least one year of experience working in a customer service contact center.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Strong work ethic and desire to build longevity with our company.

Salary: $10.50-$11/hr
