- Make outbound calls on overdue loan payments
- Assist customers with payment plan options
- Help customers understand debts
Required Skills:
- Must have one year of collections experience
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
- Comfortable spending seven hours per day on the phone making up to 500 phone calls per day
